Mise en place d’un système informatisé pour la gestion des consultations des ouvrages à la Bibliothèque Urbaine de Kinshasa
Résumé
This end-of-cycle project focuses on the implementation of a computerized system for managing the consultation of books at the Urban Library of Kinshasa. The study revealed several problems related to manual management, including poor preservation of documents, slow information retrieval, and recording errors. To address these difficulties, a computerized system operating on a Local Area Network (LAN) was proposed in order to centralize and secure the data. The design was based on the analysis method and the structural-functional method. The work is organized into three chapters: theoretical concepts, methodological framework, and software development. The results obtained help facilitate the management of consultations and make it possible to produce several reports such as the list of consultations, consulted books, and readers.
